Welcome to the 6060eyes Customer Creations Blog. We're stll learning this blogging software, so stay with us as we sort out how it works. 

As many of our customers already know, 6060eyes.com is the sister site to 6060eyes.etsy.com. Etsy is where it all started for us so our Etsy history is where we'll pull some of our early featured creations. As we begin featuring some of the many wonderful and creative projects our cutomers have shared with us over the years, we hope you'll be inspired to drop us a note and let us see what you've been up to as well.

We'd love to link to your blog or website, as long as you're willing to give us a link back as one of your sources for eyes and craft supplies. Of course, not all of our customers will have a link to share, and that's okay! We still want to showcase your creations--especially ones made using our eyes or materials from our website and Etsy store..

We've organized most of our posts under two categories. Soapbox is mostly for information. We don't post to that category very often because we prefer to focus on the fun of creating things. The most fun is in our Customer Creations category, where we feature items our customers have created and highlight other blogs and websites that recommend 6060eyes. We'll usually hilight the item and link back to the site where we discovered it. We very much enjoy seeing the way our eyes are used. Our customers are very creative people! We hope you'll be inspired by them and create something even more wonderful with our eyes.

We welcome comments on each post. They are pretty easy to add. Just type in a name and an email address, write your comment and pass the little "captcha" test to weed out the spambots. For now comments will not appear automatically. We'll review and approve them before they appear. It might be a few hours before they appear depending on when you post a comment. The approval process is more about weeding out spam and robot posts than anything, although we do ask for courteous and family-friendly posts. Keep it positive!
